History of Ambler

Ambler Borough is a diverse community located about 16 miles north of Philadelphia.
Ambler is known for its small town feel, walkability to  downtown, and overall friendly vibe from the locals. It's a hop, skip and a jump away from the turnpike and has it's own SEPTA train stop.
Ambler is served by the Upper Dublin and Wissahickon school districts, both of which are tops in the state of Pennsylvania.
Ambler is celebrating its 125 year anniversary, so as you can imagine, there is a broad range of types of homes, from new construction town homes, to old historic estates.
You'll find lots of front porches, as you walk along in the borough of Ambler.
Some of the towns that surround the borough, include Fort Washington, Upper Dublin, Ambler Twp., Blue Bell, and Spring House. When it comes to your home search, there is something for everyone. You'll find old historic estates, contemporary town homes, and  everything in between. Prices start anywhere in the high $100,000's....and climb up to $20M+ estates.
